Position Specific Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, result-oriented, and process-driven Senior Production Engineer. This individual will oversee daily operations and optimize production. The position will be responsible for the well intervention program from design to evaluation and budgeting. Individual will analyze historical cost data (LOE & CAPEX) to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains. To keep management informed, individual will report to management on downtime, emissions, offset frac mitigation strategies, and other production KPIs. Additionally, individual will be on the leading edge of innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve overall field operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Eagleford, Haynesville, and/or Permian Basin experience

Job Overview

This job provides technical, engineering, and operational support for our operated focus areas. Employees in this role are responsible for daily engineering and production activities with an emphasis on job quality, safety, and cost associated with all production activities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pursues and implements new methods and ideas to enhance production, increase operational efficiencies, and decrease expenses on operated properties

  • Monitors daily well performance and optimizes compressor operations

  • Provides technical leadership for field staff

  • Promotes, communicates, and commits to the Company safety and environmental program

  • Assists with management of safe/environmental field operations

  • Ensures all government procedures, rules, regulations, and forms are followed and complete

  • Works with other departments to help ensure overall business coordination

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s - Engineering

  • Experience: 4+ years
